Bob Croyle

Bob Croyle has extensive experience working with organizations to achieve talent acquisition goals and helping professionals advance their careers. He approaches client engagements with methodical preparation and execution, drawing upon his industry knowledge, skills, and resourcefulness to attain successful results. His expertise was forged in the hyper-competitive legal search consulting arena where he regularly advised attorneys whose practices focused on the transactional aspects of the energy, banking and financial services, real estate, construction, and manufacturing industries, among others. He has advised law firms, including some of the largest global firms, on efforts to acquire market share through strategic lateral hiring initiatives. Outside of legal search, Bob has successfully completed searches across multiple levels of corporate hierarchy for clients in various industries, including manufacturing, consumer packaged goods, and commercial construction. Clients consider him an insightful and credible resource to leverage for their talent acquisition goals.

Bob is a graduate of Texas Christian University (B.B.A. 1998) and earned his law degree from South Texas College of Law Houston (2001). He practiced law in Houston before becoming a search consultant.  A native Houstonian, Bob lives in Bellaire with his wife Jessica, a Certified Academic Language Therapist and Licensed Dyslexia Therapist, and their three children. When not honing his skills in the kitchen, Bob and his family can be found on the waters of Galveston Bay.
