Amy Chism joined Manhattan Resources in 2021 as an Executive Search Consultant.
Before entering the executive search industry, Amy worked in healthcare recruiting for the past 12 years on a contingent basis. Prior to recruiting, Amy worked in marketing, advertising, and public relations for several high-profile clients in the Houston market. She is known for her professionalism, dedication, and rapport with candidates and clients. Amy is passionate about her goal of surpassing her client’s expectations and assisting them with talent acquisition. Amy works hard to truly understand both client and candidate needs to ensure a great match. She prides herself on strong ethics and honest values.
Amy holds a BA in Communications/Business Administration from Texas A&M University in College Station. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family, keeping busy with her three kids, traveling, and cheering on the Texas Aggies!
