Nigel Bailey has a 6 years search experience having started his career in London at a boutique firm helping establish their front office coverage focusing on commodity recruiting in London and Europe. Nigel then joined Odgers Berndtson and built their commodity search group focusing on the paper markets in London and Europe. Nigel then moved to the US to set up a London based search firm's office in Houston, focusing on the physical markets across, coal, power, gas and crude and products. In 2009 Nigel did the biggest deal in the US market, taking a 10 person team out of one group in Houston.

At Manhattan Resources, his primary focus is on the placement of individuals across front office roles in commodities US and Europe. Nigel previously worked in the financial markets for Dresdner Bank in London and Morgan Stanley in Dallas. Nigel has a BSc in Business Management and a MBA majoring in Marketing from the University of Hull in England.
